Venture Works, our supportive employment program, has one goal: to find the right job for each person who desires gainful paid employment on the path towards independence. Staff and job coaches work with individuals to create personalized plans, providing the training and support which results in a worker who is skilled, happy, and proud of their job.
Our TeamWorks pre-employment program helps individuals to learn about the world of work, so that they can make important vocational decisions about their future. Staff work closely with participants on employment readiness and skill development while working out in the community. We help develop a pathway where interests and dreams can be explored.
